Thank you for your interest in holding a stall at our Eid in the Park 2026 event on Wednesday 27th May 2026 (TBC) at Beddington Park. The event stall registration is open to organisations, businesses and individuals interested in providing services or selling products. This is an excellent opportunity to engage with the community, increase brand visibility and generate sales.

Stall holders can showcase their offerings, interact directly with potential customers and network with other vendors. Details on pricing, setup and logistics will be provided during the registration and onboarding process.

Please register using the form below and we will be in touch to confirm your registration. Due to limited capacity for stalls, pitches will be allocated based on the discretion of MCWAS management. Documentation such as proof of company or sole-trader registration, public liability insurance, food hygiene certificates, food hygiene rating, risk assessments, etc may be required.  This will depend on the stall category.
