Mawaddah Meet-Up: Singles Marriage Event

Mawaddah Meet-Up is a thoughtfully organised Muslim marriage event designed to help sincere individuals connect in a comfortable, respectful, and faith-centred halal environment. With guidance from local imams and community leaders, the evening focuses on meaningful introductions, good character, and the shared intention of marriage.

We aim to create a calm and welcoming space where people can meet with sincerity, dignity, and ease.

📌 Event Details

• Ages: 21–35
• Entry: £10 registration fee
• Limited spaces available — registration does not guarantee a place. Successful applicants will be contacted directly
• ID required upon entry
• Structured, guided and pre-matched sessions (quality over quantity)
• Calm, moderated environment to support meaningful conversations

We intentionally keep numbers limited so that each introduction is purposeful and comfortable rather than rushed.

🕌 Venue, Etiquette & Dress Code

As the event is hosted in a masjid-linked environment, we kindly ask all attendees to come with respectful Islamic adab:

• Modest and appropriate dress
• Respectful speech and manners
• A gentle reminder that this is a sincere space created with the intention of marriage and barakah

We ask everyone to help preserve a calm, respectful and dignified atmosphere for all guests.

🌸 For Sisters

We want sisters to feel comfortable and supported throughout the evening:

• Mahrams (male or female) are warmly encouraged to attend
• Dedicated waiting and seating areas will be available
• Mahrams may also join discussion tables if preferred
• If a Mahram is unavailable, a chaperone can be arranged by the organisers — just let us know in advance

• No personal contact details will be exchanged during the event
• All discussions remain within the structured format
