Have you experienced challenging home environments or feelings of isolation?

After an inspirational first few sessions. We are back!

Join us as we provide a supportive community to reduce feelings of isolation, positive social engagement and emotional support.

We will be discussing *Healing & Rebuilding* as we gain insights from a mental health professional to inspire growth and resilience.
