Volunteer at MCWAS BBQ

🍔 Volunteers Needed for MCWAS Community BBQ 🥤

The MCWAS Community BBQ will be taking place on Sunday 31st August 2025 at Roundshaw Park. This will be a fun-filled day for the whole community with delicious BBQ boxes, soft drinks, chai and sweet treats.

To make this event a success, we are looking for dedicated volunteers to help oversee key areas of the day.

Key Responsibilities:

BBQ Station: Oversee preparation, cooking & service of BBQ boxes.

Watermelon Lead: Transport and cut watermelons ready for serving.

Drinks & Treats Stall: Manage sales of soft drinks, tea/coffee & sweet treats.

Logistics & Equipment: Help transport and set up tables, chairs, gazebos, PA, generator, banners etc.

Volunteers are needed between 10am – 6pm. Whether you can commit to the full day or just a part of it, your support will make a big difference.
